However, due to our business model as a dropshipping store, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Since we work with suppliers who ship products directly to customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color selection (unless it was our error)
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Delayed delivery (unless lost in transit)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/video of the issue
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, work with the supplier to provide a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
✅ Item never arrived (lost in transit)
✅ Wrong item shipped (supplier error)
✅ Item is damaged/defective (must provide proof)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers
❌ Customers providing incorrect shipping addresses
❌ Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
❌ Products that have been used, altered, or washed
